Tappan Zee High School, Orangeburg, NY 11am - 4 pm

Our Mission

The Mission of the Engineering Expo is to advise middle and high school students about the educational and career opportunities for all Engineering disciplines. The Expo will provide a forum for exchange of information and ideas among students, college recruiters, and technical industries, with the goal of elevating both the quality and quantity of students entering the engineering professions.
Engineering EXPO was developed five years ago by members of the regional chapters of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

It began as a forum to allow students, interested in engineering, to meet representatives of some of this nation's leading learning institutions. Since the beginning, private and public companies have also participated in Engineering EXPO through product demonstrations and presentations outlining career alternatives in engineering.

By sharing their knowledge, the hope is to inspire young science and math students to pursue a career in engineering.   So join us for EXPO '10.  Bring your parent, or guardian and your curiosity and questions. In turn, we will provide the answers to your educational and career opportunities in engineering and related fields.  The annual Engineering EXPO event will be held from 11 am to 4 pm on Sunday, April 11, 2010 at Tappan Zee High School,  Orangeburg, NY in Rockland County. Students will experience hands-on, interactive exhibits, while parents can obtain information about curriculum offerings and discuss admission and financial aid opportunities.
